A large part of our role as architect is to bring vision to a project and present to our client – both developers and individuals – an idea that can be realised on time and on budget and an idea that will transform and improve the existing architectural landscape.
PAD worked with developers in London Bridge to create nine generous flats in this new building in Abbey Street, Southwark. With the huge pressure for housing in London, finding an imaginative use for what appeared to be unattractive brownfield site – a disused petrol station – PAD provided an important contribution to addressing the current housing shortage issue.
Currently working with a number of developers on schemes across London, PAD Architects offer experience, reliability and success on large scale projects across the capital.
If you’re looking to begin a project, or have a scrap of land you’re not sure what to do with, why not get in touch and have a chat to one of our experienced architects and see what their vision could bring to your project http://www.padarchitects.co.uk/contact/
