PAD are working with developers on this new build flat development in East London to deliver 131 new homes.
Overlooking the River Lea in up and coming Poplar, this new residential scheme offers one, two and three bedroom apartments including stunning penthouses all with private balconies. The housing development is set in landscaped grounds with mixed use spaces beneath the flats offering local amenities right on the doorstep.
The development of the area from brown field site to a bustling new community of contemporary homes will be a boost for the local economy providing much needed housing within easy commute of Canary Wharf, the City and Central London.
The project is currently in the final stages on site and is due for completion later this year.
