Work is nearing completion on our contemporary project in Kingston-Upon-Thames, South West London.
Our clients purchased this large, dilapidated, detached Victorian house near the River Thames with the vision of transforming it into a beautiful contemporary home.
Combining PAD’s architectural expertise and the clients’ clear brief and dedication to the project, PAD have transformed this run down derelict shell into a large, contemporary, desirable family home. PAD restored original features like the fireplaces and stunning wood floors, created a large open-plan family living space and added a loft conversion to offer an additional bedroom and luxury en-suite.
Work is progressing well on site with the project due for completion shortly. With views over the Thames, nestled between Bushey Park, Hampton Court and Richmond Park and a short stroll away from all the amenities of Kingston, our clients can’t wait to get settled into their new home and new life in leafy South West London.
