PAD are excited to reveal 3D images of a very exciting new build in the alluring suburb of East Dulwich. Formerly a workshop, the site is a triangular shaped plot discreetly located behind existing Victorian terraced houses, with access only via a narrow passage between two houses. This project has required innovative thinking from PAD, who have designed a luxurious, comfortable three bedroom house over three floors. The added basement underneath the garden also offers a stunning master suite and swimming pool, truly completing this family-sized London dwelling. Construction is underway and the project is expected for completion in spring 2017.
