PAD are excited to announce that we’re offering remote feasibility studies.
With all that’s going on in the world right now, we have of course closed our offices in Putney and are working remotely from home. Work on sites have temporarily shut and that gives us the opportunity to work with new clients to help them plan for projects they have always dreamt of undertaking but never had the time to plan. Well, one thing we all have now is time!
We have created a remote feasibility study package which allows us to help you create your dream home, without even needing to leave the house! Working in consultation with you we will investigate the planning history of your home, area and council policy to ascertain the kind of work you would be able to undertake. We will draw up sketch plans of options for your home be that new builds, extensions, conversions or whole house renovations. We then create 3D images to help you visualise what your finished home will look and work within your budget to create a comprehensive costing so that you know what you can afford and how to maximise what you have. Once you have this feasibility package you will be in a position to move forward to a planning application and tendering the work (of course we will be happy to help with these next project stages) so that when all this is over you can get the work started on site and get your dream home finished before the year is out.
