Our new build project in East Dulwich is now complete and further to our previous news story bringing you a sneak peek of the stunning basement space, we’ve teamed up with PinPoint Media to bring you a close-up look on film at the work we’ve done to create a pocket of luxury in South East London.
With stylish industrial touches, large skylights and original graffiti artwork adorning the walls, this property is an elegant and totally unique home.
With dwindling space and lack of suitable sites in the capital sometimes you need vision to realise the potential of unpromising locations. PAD Architects worked with our client to transform what was previously a derelict workshop space in an awkward triangular site, sandwiched between two Victorian houses, into an expansive, bespoke three bedroom property.
Featuring interviews with architects Paul Hughes and David Shaw, we hope the film brings viewers an insight into the architect’s process as well as PAD’s out-of-the-box thinking and creativity.
We’re delighted with the results, and with the film produced alongside the property’s development.
