PAD worked with developers in London Bridge to create nine generous flats in this new building in Abbey Street, Southwark. With the huge pressure for housing in London, finding an imaginative use for what appeared to be unattractive brownfield site – a disused petrol station – PAD provided an important contribution to addressing the current housing shortage issue.
