Project Description
David Shaw was the project architect on this build while working for Trevor Horne Architects. The scheme involved the conversion of an existing warehouse building into a photographer’s studio, offices and 12 apartments. The existing building was extended with a further two floors built on top of the original concrete frame and the front facade was remodeled to resemble a roll of photographic film. Sustainability was key on this project, with features such as rainwater harvesting, solar panels and a communal heating system incorporated into the building.
