PAD are extremely excited to be returning to this gorgeous Victorian property in Streatham, South London.
Our lovely clients in Streatham (who met while living in separate flats in this building!) engaged PAD in 2014 to renovate their ground floor home with a side and rear extension.

Since then the growing family have manged to purchase the whole of the Victorian building and are now setting about restoring the dwelling to its former glory as one large stunning South London home.
Unsurprisingly they were very excited about this new project and quick to engage PAD to work with them once again. We have extended the existing kitchen / living area into a dramatic double height, light filled space to create the perfect entertaining area, and added a first floor side extension (on top of the original ground floor extension) to offer more bedroom and bathroom space, along with general improvements and refurbishments to create the perfect contemporary, light and bright, desirable yet practical, London family home.
With plans and ideas fully formed, we’re hoping they’ll be on site by Autumn and living across all three floors in the home of their dreams by early 2018…
