PAD Architects are an RIBA chartered architectural practice in Putney, South West London, with 40 years experience, specialising in contemporary residential and commercial design in London, Surrey and the South East.
Our history…
Paul Hughes and David Shaw established PAD Architects in January 2010, a partnership combining over 40 years of work in private architectural practice. This extensive collective knowledge allows us to offer high quality services to private and commercial clients, supporting them throughout the process from initial design brief to building completion.

Based in Putney, we work across all London boroughs and as such have excellent, practical knowledge of local planning policies and procedures. Recent work on domestic and commercial projects have been completed in the following boroughs: Kensington & Chelsea, Hammersmith & Fulham, Richmond-upon-Thames, Wandsworth, Westminster, Ealing, Southwark, Kingston-upon-Thames and Merton.

When you are renovating a Victorian house you don’t always know what you will find when you start taking walls down, every time the builder needed some support in finding a solution Paul always came over straight away to help him decide what was best to do.
